August 10, A walk in the Park
One of the many amenities of living in the Ottawa suburbs, walking and biking trails! Here Peter takes Paige and Kiana for a walk. just watch out for the occasional skunk!

Changing of the Guards
This are scenes from the 'Changing of the Guards', 30 mins of marching by people you can hardly see except when they walk into the field.That's Lynne (left and bottom picture). Next time we'll have the guards at Buckingham Palace.

The parliamentary cats are a famous fixture at parliament hill. These are stray cats that have taken residence behind the parliament building. Today, the place has been taken over by squirrels,..and racoons!

August 11. We all have a heavy dinner (literally!), after all, we need that energy for the trip home.
